The teabags are delicious, which is why I ordered some from the "offers" section of your website. It's a section of your website where you sell your products that have damage to the packaging from having been on shop display, or where the date is nearly up, and so although the tea is perfectly fine to drink, it only has some cosmetic damage. While this is all very above board, due to the length of time you have taken to deliver my order, the best before date gets even shorter. It's nearly October now and I ordered the tea on the 1st of September. Thats an entire month - or to put it another way, I ordered the tea in the Summer, and you haven't delivered until Autumn I took the screenshot on the 14th September.
