First time purchase from the internet retailer who also introduced me to carbon click. Was happy with purchase and found site easy to navigate. Item arrived well packaged though courier service sent item through secondary source like Amazon do these days (subsequently closed acct because of this) and is not my preference of choice. The item arrived and left outside with swift knock and not waiting for answer before heading off - not impressed.
