I love this set! I find it’s great for lighter weight exercises or preventative/corrective exercises. I find that at lighter weights the power block sets that have adder weights can be slightly unbalanced. It’s not a huge issue but I like how balanced the Sport 24 set feels at lighter weights. I would absolutely recommend this set for people who don’t need to lift heavy.
