We are going thru a 3 month kitchen remodel. This referenced order was received over 30 days ago, probably some time in April. Just today we finally opened the box. The attached 10.25" skillet was broken, as seen in the attached. We called the
(877) 772-5467
number for support. The person who answered the phone (service center) said that because it's been past 30 day warranty, she won't do anything about it. We asked for a supervisor. We were told they were out to lunch and will return call when back. That didn't happen. This is our second Scanpan set of pots and pans in the last few years. We are changing from gas to induction, and elected to stick with Scanpan. The service posture we received today doesn't seem to represent what Scanpan is trying to achieve. If this represents it, I'm incredibly disappointed, and will certainly not purchase or recommend this Company to anyone.
Please forward this on to a person with the authority to make good on a product that was unused, and received broken. We are asking for a replacement skillet that matches the set we ordered. Feel free to contact via this email or email in order, or phone.
