I’ve been using BochaSweet for 4 years. I’ve never been able to tolerate ANY of the artificial sweeteners and loved that this one is naturally made from pumpkins! I love to bake and use this exclusively to make cakes, cookies, ice cream, and add to coffee, oatmeal, everything! It is a 1:1 equal measure for regular sugar so it is easy to use and the powdered version is amazing as well. The only issue for me is the new brown sugar version that contains Erythritol that I am unable to use. Others have said they had stomach upset from it and it can cause some if eaten in large amounts initially, but once you get used to it, this no longer happens. For me, this is the only sweetener I will use and it is worth the cost to me for the pounds it saves from my body and I can still bake my favorite sweets!
