Was so disappointed when i received my delivery. It was warm and even the ice packs were room temp which was warm in hand. The 2 samples received, Chocolate Pumpkin Spice was melted together and looked like a turd, second had jalapeño in it so will not eat. Lesson learned, will not reorder. I sent a couple messages to customer service and got no response :(
