Easy application, renewed initial two coat application 6 months later with a light coating and I am pleased with the appearance (unchanged) of my deck and the water repellency that has resulted from the addition of another coat without resulting in a slippery surface. I'll be recoating at least annually, maybe sooner, but this looks like this is the solution to preserving my pressure treated deck without tinting the natural and desirable appearance.
