I am absolutely loving this supplement. I started taking it just before I went on holiday in July. It definitely protected my skin as I was in 36 degree heat heat for 3 weeks & didn’t once burn. It has prolonged my glowing tan & my skin does not feel dry or itchy as it often does at this time of year. Nor did I peel after the hot summer & heat wave. However the very best part of using this supplement for me is the effect it has had on my hair & nails. My hair is thin & takes forever to grow. It generally splits & then I have to cut it short again. Not anymore this supplement has helped with the growth & texture of my hair & nails.
