When the rug came I was over the moon and it fitted my horse a treat. Within a few days one of the Velcro straps ( the stitching) came off around the neck area. Fizz has already rolled in her sheet so didn’t think you would want it back. I have for 19 years always purchased Shires rugs so have been a tad dissapointed this time
