PERFECT! I got this for the Sig Sauer P365X-Macro with a RomeoZero red dot. The fitment and retention are amazing. If you do any sort of physical work this will suit you. The hard kydex keeps the firearm nice and protected from all sides and I have zero concern of it being bumped or knocked loose. The optics cut fits my Romeo zero perfectly. I ordered mine with the wing attachment which I find to help keep the grip nice and tight to the body, but it did come with a replacement screw if you choose to run without it. The clip keeps the holster right in place on a kore essentials belt. This is my 3rd attempt to find a holster for this piece and I could not be happier. I will be getting their holsters for my other EDC.
