As soon as we arrived at the campsite I walked around with a gigantic smile gushing - Upper Esopus Creekside Camp is just beautiful and perfect. Everything is set up to make it easy to camp and enjoy yourself. The tent stayed warm, even when we woke up to freezing temps. There was plenty of space to cook and prep food. We loved listening to the creek as we fell asleep. Pierre was super helpful and accommodating, and you can tell he loves the land and hosting visitors. This was my first time camping - I've always considered myself NOT a camper, but this has totally changed my perspective. I can't wait to go back, and plan to bring friends when I do!
