I recently completed my first 100mile trail run and a huge thank you to Sun River Honey for being part of my fuel the entire way. My nutrition strategy was to combine SRH gels as well as the gels supplied on course in between aid stations but in the later stages of the 32+ hours of the event the only thing my stomach could handle was SRH gels. My go to were the lemon ginger and cinnabon flavours.
