“Excellent product. I’ve tried many energy gel and this one is the best for me. Normally when I take energy gels, it is difficult on my intestines, especially since I have ulcerative colitis... This gel does not bother my colitis and my intestines. I recommend it.”

“I purchased a sampler pack along with a promo size of one flavour. The honey itself is lovely and the flavours are not overpowering but obvious. The packaging uses compostable "stryofoam" (a corn starch product) which was surprising to learn about. I do feel though the pricing of the sampler package was overpriced. I would have been happier if I’d bought 3 or 4 larger jars.”

“I ordered the sample box and my large jar was lemon honey. It all tastes absolutely delicious. I made lemon honey with lemon pepper wings and it was so yummy with the honey.”

“I bought a mixed pack of energy gels. I’ve tried the cinnamon bun, matcha and keylime. I had no gastrointestinal troubles after using them. The cinnnamon bun and matcha flavours were tasty, the keylime a bit too tangy for me to finish all at once. It was easier to get the gel out of the pack if I had it warmed against my body rather than in a separate bag.”

“I have ordered Sun River Honey on several occasions now. Shipping is fast, packaging is environmentally responsible, and the honey is of top quality. We use both the regular Black Label and flavoured honey. Our favourites are lime, lemon ginger, and cinnamon. Always delicious!”

“Bought the sampler pack of honey energy gels. Really love all the flavours! I also discovered that honey really is a great substitute for energy gels. The only thing I didn’t like what the packaging. The gel packs are too large, too much air inside, so it’s difficult to get all the honey out with just one hand. This is okay for running, but makes them very difficult to use on the go while biking”
