This RPi 4B 4GB (US) kit is superb, especially great is the inclusion of a name brand 32GB uSDcard.
(While you do not technically need a heatsink to begin using the board, and perhaps one would not provide much cooling inside the official Pi4 case, it is a bit scary to be firing it up without one.)
