I bought this battery to replace a 6 year old Exide Battery which was still working OK but was getting a little "tired". you could see dashboard lights dim as the engine turned over and as winter is approaching I opted to replace it now before it let me down, especially as I do a lot of short runs. This new battery has a higher cranking amp rating (720 CCA) and really spins the engine over on my 1.7 Diesel Astra. The engine turns over very briefly before it starts. I'm really impressedwith this battery and have no hesitation in recommending it. The guarantee shows 5 years on the main page as it does in this review, but the specifications page shows 4 years. Euro Car Parts need to correct this and decide if the guarantee 4 or 5 years. As this is a premium battery I would expect it to be 5 years. As regards price, at the time of writing Euro Car Parts price for this battery is £136.99. I shoppped around and used their price promise and saved £69 off their advertised price. I was able to pick this up at my local Euro Car Parts branch.
