I've placed 2 orders with Sprinkler Supply. Both were shipped quickly and communication was excellent. One of the orders turned out to be unnecessary so I contacted SS to learn the RMA process. The system doesn't recognize my order number and I'm reluctant to put more time into it. But, everything else about the transactions went perfectly. Tha ks!
