I put this on my desk at work and turn it on for 45 minutes each morning when I arrive. I definitely feel a difference after using this light. It almost feels like a ray of sunshine when I turn it on. I definitely miss it when I’m home and don’t use it in the morning. And it’s really beautiful the way it lights up my office since I work in radiology and keep the lights low. Bonus is the different settings and the remote. Beautifully made and well constructed. It’s an investment but worth it! Would love to buy another one for home.
