Purchased the insurance to give myself peace and assistance of not worrying on shipment even though when I received the shipment it was damaged outside of box and the 600 Biomax was also damaged on corner of unit but I tried unit after taking it out of shipment box and unit works ! Just dented on corner of unit waiting to here from Platinum’s LED Managing department on this issue !
