It was overall a good experience for me and I would recommend it to everyone to do at least 2times a year.
On the 2nd day, I felt a bit tired and weak but other than that, I thought it was good ππΎ Food options was wide and varied and just depended on me prepping a bit to make sure I stayed within the requirements of the 7 day program π
After the program I felt more energetic with a spring in my steps!
Would highly recommend it to all who need a spruce in their health and well-beingππΎπ
