About a month ago, I went to the Invicta website to inquire about getting them to build a machine for me. I recently worked with Branden.invicta for optimization and knew that Invicta knew what they were doing and could help me with my dream machine. After setting up the appointment, I was greeted by a message from ProZach in which he interviewed me and asked a ton of questions to help tailor the PC to my needs. I asked many questions, and even indicated that in some cases the prices might be cheaper elsewhere, but ProZach told me that its not just a build and expertise that comes with a Invicta machine, its amazing customer service too. He wasn't lying, Quickly after purchasing my machine and getting everything sorted out, @Fractured_Nexus went to work and started performing magic to get the machine of my dreams out the door. In a short period of time, a large box came to my house and my new PC inside. Unfortunately, bad luck struck during shipping, and the packing insulation got on to the case, a minor inconvenience and @ProZach was quick to ask me to return the machine so they could "make it right". I refused as I wanted to play with the machine, but it did appear to have a few other "ghosts" inside. Xocide performed my optimization (like making sweet love to my machine) for BDO and some things were not working as well as anticipated. Before I could even blink, I was in a discord party with @Tris and ProZach while they looked at every knob and setting on my machine since something was wrong. The machine was rebooting when underclocked, overclocked or any clocked. We all scratched our heads and determined that maybe there was a hidden setting in windows that might have caused the strange behavior. After a fresh reinstall, the problem persisted and I found myself in a discord chat with ProZach and Fractured_Nexus once again. We were all stumped on the problem, and after determining that Fractured_Nexus was a few hours from me, I met him halfway for the "handoff" so that he could diagnose the problem. Hours of investigation in his magic workshop did not turn up any results as to why the machine was acting funny. Since the hard workers at Invicta couldn't definitively identify the issue, they determined they next best steps: they replaced my motherboard, CPU, and power supply to rule them and out completely rebuilt my machine including a new case as well. (So that I could peel off the plastic layers for my other gratification). Once again, Fractured_Nexus hopped into the car, on Easter to meet me and deliver my machine. After running through some preliminary benchmarks and testing, this runs amazing, looks amazing and I know I made the right choice by choosing Invicta. Their customer service and testament to providing a great customer experience has fully exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone..
