Arrived within 36 hours of ordering, well packaged, it was easy to unwrap and layout, I waited 13hours, there is no smell and the mattress was smooth and expanded. I made up the bed , a double and it fit perfect. I have now used it for one week , I’ve had some great nights of sleep its comfortable, its cool, ( it hasn’t made me hot at all) and it hasn’t moved the straps are well made for the job, value for money ? absolutely , I can’t recommend it highly enough, money well spent
