I recently ran my very first half-marathon and throughout my training, I was not using any form of energy gel. I was fearful of the way my stomach might react. But I knew I would need something for the race so I gave Sun River honey gels a try. I normally do not like the taste of honey, but WOW, these are not only delicious, they really helped me get through my race. I'm so glad I tried them! I don't have anything else to compare them to, but I don't see myself trying any others. My favourites are Key Lime and Lemon Ginger. They are all good though.
