We purchased a new Hoselink to replace our 10 year old model which had lost it ability to lock while extended. The only issue I had was the change in the mounting bracket. We have a rendered foam house so any attachment to the house has to be done with spacers so the screws don't compress the foam. Luckily the holes matched but one had stripped. It appears to be holding but it could be an issue later on. Otherwise very happy.
