Most of the traits that make Libris Arcana's dice so lovely are here - larger than average, good weight, feel good to use at the table. Love the stark, splotchy speckling, very cool. The only reason these didn't quite get there for me is they are a good bit more dull and cloudy than I expected. Crystal clear dice are my favorite, and I was really hoping that's what these would be. As you can see in the photo, the d6's are definitely duller and less translucent than the clear ones I put in for contrast, and they're by far the best of the bunch. If you like the matte, occluded look, they're cool dice. If you want something "crystal clear" as their description puts it, that isn't what you'll get. Man, I'd pay good money for a set of truly crystal-clear Libris Arcana resin dice.
