Well designed grinder, expedient shipping, assembled and installed grinder, shear bolt first time PTO was engaged, can't keep a shear bolt in the PTO Shaft, should have been designed with a slip clutch. Customer service & tech support very less than adequate, one message in 4 days. So only been able to grind half of an 18" stump in a week. Very unhappy customer, looks like I am going to have to figure this out on my own and spend even more money.
