Paul promised this program would be a FIREHOSE...and he was spot on! At the end of the day, not only was my brain leaking out my ears, but my entire body was vibrating from the intensity and EXCITEMENT. It'll take weeks to digest and integrate! I especially appreciate the heart focused 'Steps of Change' and the tons of visuals and diagrams Paul uses - they help me remember more clearly. Bottom line. I learned alot about my own journey and adjusting my lenses to see people clearly. And I feel EMPOWERED to jumpstart my new journey as a coach.
