Had a great two nights at Holbeck Ghyll in a dog friendly lake view lodge. This was separate to the main hotel so I didn’t have to worry about our dog suddenly barking, and we had a grassy area immediately outside the door. Dog bed, treats, bowl and small cover were waiting in the lodge - very welcome. We would have loved to have stayed longer!
