I bought this as a refurbished model because of its low price. I also own a Bosch and Kitchen Aid. I bought this to replace my KA that can't handle bread dough like this and the Bosch do. I used it this morning for the first time making sourdough hamburger buns. It's so easy to use and clean. While I'm not a fan of plastic bowls, it's a lot lighter than my Bosch bowl.
