Great chair, I'm very happy with the purchase. The only thing I would like to see improved is the headrest. It's very difficult to push it in and it takes even more effort to push it into the working position. But still, it's real and the rest of the chair is great. The comfort, variety of settings, quality and style are all on top for the money - it's just wow!
