It's been around 2 weeks I am using Lion's mane pills. It has had many positive effects on me. I feel much more energy during the whole day long. Imagine you dink a cup of coffee, how do you feel after 15min? With these pills I have that level of sharpness the whole day. Since I am using it, it also helped me to quite smoking, I don't feel craving to smoke anymore. My breathing also got much better, I'm not sure if it is because of pills or only as the result of not smoking. In general I can say that I feel like my early 20s again although I am 34 now. I recommend it to everyone.
