This is my second plyo box that I've purchased from T.F. The first one was the heavy density foam box, which we still have and use daily. The first day after putting the box together, it was a bit wobbly, so I was a bit concerned. However, after getting acclimated in my home gym it turned out to be perfect. I use this and other TF equipment to train my daughter and a few of her soccer teammates who will be going off to play college soccer next year. Plyo box can take a beating.
