I've used Noochy Licious for months now, and am so glad I found it. It's the best-tasting nutritional yeast I've ever tried, and the recipes for using it are great - not too simple, not too complex, and delicious. You can create healthy comfort food (use plenty of vegetables.) I'm vegetarian, so it helps with protein, but non-vegetarian friends now swear by it. Hooray for Noochy Licious!
