The frame is very sturdy and well constructed. If you have a smaller (custom in my case) desktop, some thought and minor adjustment from the recommended setting is likely required to make sure everything fits ie the controller, cable tray + I had a Mac mini I mounted under desk. Measure several times and screw once. Once assembled, it is super solid and can raise and lower what must be approaching 35kg of desktop and computer arms, etc with seemingly no difficulty whatsoever. Controller works as advertised with fairly fine control of height. No regrets.
