The t-shirt fits well for me, 5' 7" and 40" chest. Medium allows good movement in yoga classes. The material feels soft and organic with a pleasing weight. Sleeves are short enough to allow good skin contact which I find very helpful for arm balances, especially crow pose. Uniquely, the inner waist material, when tucked into shorts/leggings etc absolutely holds the t-shirt in place. This is brilliant to stop me having to breathe through bunched up material where the t-shirt has slipped towards the face during down dog or headstands. This is a real help to me during classes.
