I absolutely love Whole Supp. My boyfriend and I have been using it now for almost a year. I was always sceptical of Meal Shakes for two reasons: the taste and nutritional value. So I did my research with Whole Supp and was really impressed by the natural ingredients, it made it an easy and healthy meal to have. The other concern was taste. My boyfriend and I had tried Jimmy Joy and Huel and found both sickly sweet / grainy. I've struggled with this with protein shakes too, they always taste so artificial. I tried both the Chocolate and Vanilla Whole Supp and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing it tasted, when I added ice cubes, it was like having a milkshake. The chocolate tastes like actual chocolate, the same for vanilla. The texture is also very smooth. I do prefer to blend mine as I like to sometimes add other ingredients, e.g. a frozen banana. I usually use it as a lunch on a busy day or when I'm training for a marathon as a meal pre-long run. It sits super light on the stomach even if I start running within an hour. It also keeps me full / energised for the run (I do take gels as well whilst running). I can't recommend both flavours enough! Even a year later we still get through 2 bags a month.
