For me, the Elements program is exactly what its name says. The basics that are worth taking care of regularly... I'm working on them for about the third (maybe fourth) time since 2018 and have never regretted it. I feel like I get a little bit better each time. And I also feel the overlap into other "disciplines" (I don't mean sports - because I don't consider myself an athlete - but regular disciplines... work, family, kids, etc.). Is it not enough? I don't think so ;)
