Since menopause I have been suffering with anxiety, severe mood swings and insomnia. I have tried many supplements but nothing has helped so I thought I’d nothing to lose trying this. Within two days my sleep had improved and although I would still wake during the night I was able to fall asleep again. I am hopeful that my other symptoms will alleviate in time but being able to sleep has helped enormously.
