This has been my favourite of all the items. I love the glide technology. It comes with 6 attachments plus 2 orange attachments that I have no idea what they are lol. The manual explains the 6 standard attachments and their use cases. It wasn't at first obvious how to use the neck prongs, but by trial and error I found that pushing the gun just below my nape while pressing the nozzel like you would rest a fork on the table worked best. This gun certainly helps relieve aches and pains both muscular and bone and even nerves to some extent. Just do not ride them over your most boney body parts or they will bounce off.
