I've gone through a lot of different fitness courses. I usually either get bored or reach a frustrating plateau in my progress--sometimes both at once. GMB's mobility course is the best I've tried. I like how I can choose how much time to invest each day and I love how automatic it is: I decide to exercise, navigate to the site, and I'm exercising. I look forward to it every day and have found my mobility increasing by leaps and bounds. I'm planning to do this course again and again. I've also enjoyed integrating Elements with Mobility. Even with a wrist injury, though it's sometimes frustrating to be limited by my wrist, I'm improving every week.
