This is an excellent back machine. Smooth and effective. I find it targets the middle back and traps really well. I really like having the neutral grip option because I have a bad right shoulder.
The chest pad is a bit small and could be thicker but I don’t have a problem with the comfort. Overall it’s a great piece of equipment. I also have the multi grip pull down handle, the Tbar row fat handle, and the seal row bar, so Titan is helping me build my back well!
