We love Hatch Green Chiles and have been ordering them for delivery to Key West. We use to live in Albuquerque and always had Hatch Green Chile. Living here in Key West...we just had to have them. And we are going on 7 Years of ordering them for delivery...we even ordered the roaster. They always arrive in perfect condition ready for roasting. The cool thing is watching our friends here in Key West start to order them as well as our friends in other states. They call me the Tamale Man here in Key West...and I only use Hatch Green Chiles. There is even a song called Tamale Man which I help write and compose the music. Bottomline...Hatch Green Chile is a part of our life in so many ways. Thank you Hatch!
