Poor customer support! I'm a previous customer and can attest to the quality of their products. I just ordered a new zip line for our new home. The order was processed...they sent me a message saying it had shipped, then another message saying my full purchase was refunded with no explanation. I e-mailed customer service to figure out what's going on and as of today still have no response. So...first it's good...then it's shipped...then it's refunded (sounds like cancelled) then silence. Feels like nobody is manning the lines. I really expected more.
