The kit is great, well packed organized and self-explanatory. The Instructions book provided is clear and well-written, this increased our level of confidence in the entire assembly process and outcome. The customer service is outstanding, you can cold call the support team or schedule a support call at your convenience. Email communication is speedy and detailed. Bryan and Rob were doing a wonderful job understanding the challenges we had and providing creative solutions. Few things to consider as opportunities to improve. We had to order longer cable slings since the anchor we were using was too wide, this caused a few days delay until we got a longer cable sling. If this can be prompted as part of the ordering process as a question, it will save both the company and customer time and money. Overall, super satisfied, we are already planning our 2nd zip line with Backyardziplines
