Initially ordered one pre-release wheel and changed it mid-order without any issues (v13 to Lynx.) Jason & Eric were not only accommodating, they helped me by answering a few configuration questions that I had being this was my first eWheel. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to engage. They proactively kept us apprised of the logistical details and minor issues, and had my wheel shipped nearly instantly upon customs clearance. I will say they were extremely helpful with the little things, anticipating instructions, additional tubes for the tube-less variants, etc. The only criticism I have is that they provided all but one of the Allen wrenches for the seat assembly; otherwise, it was absolutely the best customer experience I’ve ever had, period.
