While I was lucky to place my new EUC order just a couple days before the new shipment arrived, the wheels were prepared and shipped immediately. I received notice they were shipped out the same day they arrived at EWheels on a Friday and I received it on the following Monday. This was followed up with a very informative instructional email on the wheel by Jason McNeil to insure my set up and operation of the new wheel was flawless. Like all my previous orders, this was a great experience and the technical support was well beyond my expectations. They even cared enough to warn me of the dangers of such a powerful machine.
