I’ve ordered 2 wheels from Ewheels in the last 2.5 years and this company has been amazing. My first wheel was a KS 18XL and unfortunately (not because of Ewheels but because of the manufacturer) I had multiple issues with the 18XL but Ewheels customer service (Jason and Eric) were very professional and made sure to fix/replace any control boards/motor issues that were present and were able to get my 18XL back up and running again. My second purchase was this October and I ordered the Veteran Sherman L by Leaperkim. This thing is a TANK! Best wheel I’ve ever ridden and huge thanks to everyone at Ewheels for answering all my questions and concerns regarding this purchase. They are very knowledgeable about the EUC’s they sell. Delivery only took a week to get to my house and all items came in perfect condition. 100% recommend this company to anyone considering buying a PEV in the US. Thanks again guys!!
