The eWheels guys are high class. I’m the type who has never been good with mechanics, which a lot of folks will say is necessary to get into the sport of electric unicycles. Not true. The electric unicycles that I have purchased from eWheels have all been worth every penny and then some. Whenever you buy any vehicle that takes you from point A to point B, there will be parts that eventually wear out and need replacing. But these guys have shown me through their honesty, fairness, and patience with me that they are certainly a cut above. Jason, the owner, runs an exceptional business. He’s got a strong work ethic, provides outstanding customer support and as a business owner myself, I have no idea how he manages to hire such top notch employees... His employee, Nick, answers most of my questions (through email) and I only have very positive things to say about him. He’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and I much appreciate his patience in dealing with my own frustrations over the lack of my own mechanical skills. But the good news is that the prices you pay to have any repairs done by eWheels are very reasonable. The bottom line is that they want you as a loyal customer and they know that the only way they can ever do that is by treating you right. Hands down, these guys are the gold standard and if you ask around online (for example with the Electric Unicycle Forum) those folks will tell you the same. Thank you eWheels for your outstanding service, please don’t ever change because you have me as your lifetime customer!
