I had purchased seeds before when I first started growing microgreens. I watched the videos and read the information on growing the seeds from your website. I took my time in between planting to read and watch for more tips. I have been having successful crops of microgreens this spring. I started purchasing more seeds. I tried the cauliflower seeds, and I just harvested them. They are wonderful. I am impressed by your website and the helpful information. I purchased 4 of the 1010 Heavy-duty shallow planting trays. These are perfect for me since I like to plant 2 microgreen crops in one 10x20 tray. They are heavy-duty trays that are food safe plastic. They should last for years. The best thing about the shallow trays is that it uses much less soil. I am using Cocoa-Bliss for my medium. It comes in 5 bricks 1.4 lb. each. This way I can control the amount of hydrated cocoa coir so it doesn't get musty and contaminated with mold. I am starting to grow more and will be ordering more seed in the future.
