I love the product and have 2 coats already but something happened when ordering my sleeveless jackets that has never happened before on any site. I ordered 1 men’s red jacket and 1 ladies blue jacket. I distinctly remember ordering the blue under the picture of a lady. When the order was processed, the wording said I ordered 2 men’s jackets and these were outlet jackets and non refundable. Never knew I needed to be very careful when using your outlet site. I will not be ordering anything again from Ororowear.
