I ordered these ororo heated gloves due to the good reviews. I needed them for a trip to Alaska because I have sever Raynoids. Two days after receiving them, I charged the batteries and tested them. I was shocked that on high the palm of the hands only got slightly warm and the fingers did not warm up at all. Due to it being a weekend, I could not get ahold of customer service on the phone and I was leaving for my trip early Monday morning. Therefore, I emailed the company my concern, but never heard back. I am back from my trip over 3 weeks later. I know my concern was received by the company, because I received a confirmation email. I live on medical disabily. I needed these heated gloves to work to protect my fingers. Being disabled I don't have money to spare on faulty product. Buyer beware. If the company works with me, I will update this review
